We are retained by the New Forests leading private school Walhampton to carry out their building projects.  Working within tight timescales to ensure the school is ready to use at the end of each term time break. The priority at Walhampton is to finish the project within the period allowed whilst also maintaining a very high standard and providing value for money. They are extremely pleased with our service!

The Manor at Sway is another example of completing a quality project with tight timescales and value for money.  Complete ground floor refurbishment and remodeling in less than 6 weeks.  We could not be late for the Valentines day grand opening!

A recent commercial project was a very high end refurbishment for Rathbones PLC in Lymington High Street where we, as their New Forest building contractors, achieved a superb finish to meet their exacting standards. The end result is a series of very smart office, reception and meeting rooms with a coherent flow between spaces.

We have undertaken a wide range of commercial contracts including refurbishment work for Mercedes Pentagon sites, the refurbishment of twelve flats and an extension to the block for a local charity.

Tuakana has also been employed to build a new sports pavilion for Salesian College and complete the refurbishment of several buildings for both Salesian College and St Catherine’s Schools in Farnborough and Guildford.

Other commercial projects have included creating a mezzanine office space, the conversion for change of use of a 500 square foot warehouse. We have also carried out shop fitting works for Bradbeers Department Store and have regularly been appointed for repairs and maintenance for the store.
