Shirley Down
Working on this early 20th century property in Hampshire, we added a contemporary light filled extension to create an open plan kitchen and living space. Careful design and exacting products, coupled with that back-drop, ensure the spacious areas ooze quality; German made Kitchen from Dream Design, Sunfold Bi-folding doors and lantern. Utilising natural materials such as sandstone and timber sleepers we created a large, raised terrace area that takes full advantage of the valley vista.
Brook Road
Design and build project to extend and refurbish this Victorian detached Lymington property. A beautiful, vaulted and light filled kitchen living space was created whilst also accommodating a cosy snug area within the core of the house. Other works included new flooring, landscaping, decorating, lime mortar pointing and zinc guttering.
Horseshoe Cottage
6 month project to renovate, extend and restyle a 300 year old clay cob cottage. Existing extensions were reconfigured to completely change the flow and feel of the internal layout. Within the grounds two oak frame buildings were constructed using oak cladding and handmade Tudor clay tiles for the roof. To finish the project we laid a shingle and block paved driveway, arched gates within a new perimeter brick wall, electric vehicular gates, turf, brick patio and paving within the garden.
Heywood
Repeat projects including refurbishment of the kitchen, bathrooms, utilities & heating system, and most notably the addition of a large orangery to the rear of the house. The structural changes to the house have created a real “wow” space in what were otherwise quite dark rooms with no outlook.
